As per your profile you may surely pursue M.com through distance education, however I would suggest you to pursue one course at a time by this you may give 100% in your studies.
The other option for you would be to work for 1-2 years after completing your MBA and then opting for further studies, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
