Since, JEE mains is conducted by CBSE board. I will suggest you to read all the NCERT books of concerned subject. But, NCERT will only help you to clear chemistry part. You should read some institute materials and solve the questions.
For reference, you can use HCV for physics and practice more questions. It will help you a lot.
