It's a good university but for aerospace, I would recommend you to join any of the colleges.

You should score about 99 percentile in CAT to pursue MBA in IIM.

It's depends on university or college whether they will allow you or not. But, doing both ITI and B.Sc simultaneously will totally waste of time. B.Sc is best in both. According to me, you should do only B.Sc at a time and try to get good marks in it.

All the streams have scope and scope comes from your talent. If you are good in maintaining relations and observing behavior patterns of the people, you can opt for HR as you are from commerce background, you may be good at finance, and you can opt for finance.
