Of course Vishal you can do it, but now you'll have to put in double the amount of effort. Because you have to appear for the Boards and there are only 4 months left, I would suggest you to leave everything aside and focus on completing NCERT only. I gave my board exams last year and what I feel is that NCERT should be the first priority of students. Make a study plan for yourself and follow it stricly. In Chemistry, be very thorough with the Organic part, specially the name reactions and reasoning questions. In Physics, you should be very clear with each an every derivations, numericals are equally important, the trends keep changing
