Just walk down to any of the distance learning center of the institute of your choice. They will guide you. On a personal note it is advised not to go for distance learning unless you are a professional and are working somewhere as the regular program from a good institute has a higher weightage and it will offer you campus. Distance learning on the other hand won't give you placements

In my opinion, Canada is better. It has some good MBA programs like Richard Ivey, Rotman, Queen's and York but entry can be very competitive. Usually, for 4 years Bachelors degree you need minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience and a minimum GMAT of 550-650. Moreover, after completing 2 years MBA, you will be eligible for a 3 years open work permit in Canada.
