The admission is based on your board exam marks alone. There are no other entrance exams or admission procedures other than this.
You need to enroll for single window counseling by Anna University called TNEA through which you will be allotted colleges.
Fee structure:
The fee structure for Anna University and its campuses will be around 10,000-20,000/- (tuition fees) only per annum.
The dates will be released after the month of March only. For further updates, you may refer:

Litigation doesn't really depend on the college brand. It's really important if you want to work in the corporate sector as not many good companies or firms go to the lower ranking colleges.
All you need to look for is, does the college offer specialization in the subject of your choice or not.
Secondly, what their course curriculum is.
You can study in any college, and go for practice in court but the most important thing on which you need to focus is your concepts which needs to be really clear. Otherwise, you will face difficulty in courts.
Appear for all the exams and see which college you are getting and study. It wouldn't matter much

Hi,
There is an online application form for IELTS. There is a calendar of IELTS examination and you have to select a date on which you want to give the exam.
Speaking is on some other day while reading, listening and writing is on the same day in quick succession, i.e. no gap is there in between, so check out online and see the IELTS exam date.
