Write to the department supervisor and discuss your research interest, funding options, etc. IELTS or TOEFL must be taken. GRE or GMAT may be required. This will depend on your current profile, budget, career plans, etc. Since MBA abroad requires applicants to have at least 2 years of work experience first check if you meet the criteria. Secondly you must take the GMAT and MBA abroad is expensive. You can narrow down your final choice based on all these factors and decide. You must also see that you are enrolled into a good university, be it in India or abroad. So build your profile and plan accordingly.
