The qualification for the NET exam is minimum 55% marks in Masters degree from any recognized university or institute of India.
As you have completed the MA in History, if you have got more than 55% marks in your Masters degree than you can surely apply for the NET exam.
There is 5% percentage relaxation for the reserved category candidates.

Based on 12th marks, you can apply for B.Sc, BA or B.Com depending on your base stream in 11th and 12th. In science stream, if you have managed to take up the entrance exam already for engineering or medical then the path further is clear. 12th marks and entrance exams are the basic eligibility for engineering and medical. If not, you could consider B.Sc, or BA in various subjects. In B.Sc, you may want to pursue IT, PCM, physiotherapy, nursing, food technology and nutrition.

Your % is not sufficient to apply for B.Ed. Most of the university offers two years B.Ed course for which minimum 50% is required either in graduation or Masters. They give admission through entrance or online but on the merit basis.

This entrance exam is conducted for the post of lecturer and Junior Research Fellowship twice every year in the month of June and December respectively.
The eligibility criteria for the exam is:
1. Master's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year post graduation candidates can also apply for the exam.
