There is no such distinction of NIOS students for admissions in DU. You will be totally eligible, but the admissions are based on merit so you will need to score accordingly. I suggest seeking out last year's merit list to get a general idea as it varies each year.

It's not always about the college you go to, yes college matters but only up to a certain extent. What matters is your knowledge and how you perform things. There are a bundle of examples in front of me who were not from top engineering colleges else doing fabulous in their job.
