You must also submit a good personal statement, recommendation letters and other extracurricular activities. You have to see the entry criteria on various university websites and proceed likewise.

This is a very subjective question and unclear too. Even though I would try to answer it. You can go for Bachelors in Urdu then enrol for the Master of Urdu and give NET-JRF and begin your career as an assistant professor or Ph.D in Urdu.
