In order to pursue MS in US, you need to take GRE and TOEFL:
TOEFL is the exam which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.
TOEFL has 4 section namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) is of 120 marks, and all the good universities requires 80-90 plus score.
GRE,is a test which need to take by all the student who wish to pursue MS course in US.

The candidates willing to join National Defense Academy need to apply for the entrance exam conducted by union public service commission.
Exam is conducted twice a year and as far as the eligibility criteria is concerned, a candidate needs to be:

Doesn't matter if you have missed on CAT there are several others like XAT, MAT, MAH CET and other CET Entrances which you can appear for and get into one of the good B-Schools like XLRI, IILM, Symbiosis etc.
