I think you should prepare for all the exams. In government jobs exams or competitive exams, the syllabus is almost same. So, you can prepare at the same time for more than one exam.
If you want to work in Indian banks, then you can prepare for IBPS PO, SBI PO or RBI exams. You are from technical field, so you can also prepare for IBPS PO exam.

1. French From Alliance Francaise.
2. Spanish from Instituto Cervantes.

Are you talking about Government Engineering College, Aurangabad? If yes, then answer unfortunately is no. This college does not accept JEE Mains. It accepts score from MHT-CET only.

Your grades are good, but the backlogs might be an issue and will only depend on the university. Your SOP and LOR will also be considered, so prepare them very well. Otherwise, you seem to have a good chance. You can apply early before the deadlines. You can keep at least 6 to 8 months in buffer and proceed.
