No, distance education should not be a problem provided your university is recognized by UGC/AICTEE. If your university is not recognized, you may face problems.
Take the GMAT and IELTS and go ahead and apply to universities in Australia. Some of the good schools in Australia for MBA are Melbourne Business School and Australian School of Business.

I totally agree with what Mr. Mathur has mentioned. In order to become a sports journalist / reporter you have to pursue a journalism or Mass Comm course but along with that you also have to keep yourself updated with the world of sports so a course in Physical education is also advisable.
