Hi,
1) Only Indian Universities are approved by UGC/AICTE universities.
2) There is no bachelors degree that is 1 year in duration. Bachelor degrees are 3/4 years in duration depending on the course, and location.
3) 1 year undergraduate courses are diplomas, not degrees.
4) If you want to go abroad and are willing to invest you much in your education, opt for a regular degree than a 1 year diploma.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

Hi Nikunj,

It doesn't depend so much on the university as much as what you do at the university. Your grades, your relationships with your faculty, extra curricular activities, internships, grades, leadership positions - these are the things that will affect your employment prospects.
