Hi Sony. IELTS is a compulsory English Language exam that non native English language speakers need to appear for to prove their proficiency in English. So it is necessary for whichever course you plan to apply for. Even on the visa level they would require your IELTS score. Now may I know what your qualification is and what do you plan to study further? What is your current activity? For a masters degree you would need overall 6.5 bands with not less than 6.0 in any modules. Email me all your academic documents and we will guide you further on visa@educationworld.co.in. For most of the distance learning MBA you would get admission directly without any prerequisite. Few of the may require you to have some 2-3 years of work experience like you may find this condition in IGNOU.
Usually a regular course from a good institute is considered to have more value in the job market than a distance MBA. Syllabus and course structure wise both the courses are almost same. The difference between these two is interaction with others. But if someone is working and having minimum of 3-4 years of work experience then even distance MBA has same value as regular. Because in that case one gets exposure from the work place.

BCA/B.Sc. or any other degree can be pursued only after 12th. Your diploma or experience not withstanding. There is no age bar for pursuing +2 or degree. I would suggest you to appear as private candidate for CBSE board exam. After clearing 12th, you may pursue any degree from distance education mode, like from Sikkim Manipal university (www.smude.edu.in)
