no doubt you can for it. but it seems a bit weird to me. since you are in +2 you may start preparing for IIT-JEE and crack it to get placed in finest institute in the country. you will highly benefit from it. it can help you enhance your work profile too.

You must write the entrance exam to get into M.Tech. Here you must get into at least above 80% in both exams to get into a good college of your choice.

After completing B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue M.Tech, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience
