For most of the distance learning MBA you would get admission directly without any prerequisite. Few of the may require you to have some 2-3 years of work experience like you may find this condition in IGNOU.
Usually a regular course from a good institute is considered to have more value in the job market than a distance MBA. Syllabus and course structure wise both the courses are almost same. The difference between these two is interaction with others. But if someone is working and having minimum of 3-4 years of work experience then even distance MBA has same value as regular. Because in that case one gets exposure from the work place.

If you mean Data Entry Operator, your experience might not be relevant for Finance/Accounting job but if you bridge the gap by picking MBA in the discipline, your career opportunities definitely will enhance.
I would suggest you to go for a regular MBA program as it is preferred over distance mode. But if you wish to continue with your job, then proceed with a correspondence degree.

you are eligible but your score is less.even your graduation % so think my suggestion is do preparation for IIT exam for master courses. World is changing India has good reputation in terms of engineering but if you want to go abroad then go to china best nowdays to take education in engineering.Germany had great reputation but it lost.so think IITs or go to china.
