The scholarships in USA are provided by the universities on merit basis. Every university has one or the other scholarship option. Your application will be considered automatically, when you will apply. To be considered for these scholarships, you must have a very good profile and application package.
Every aspect like high percentage, good SAT score, extra-curricular activities, etc. will be considered. You can also check Fullbright Nehru Scholarship to study in US.

It is not possible to pursue LL.B. Along with M.Com after completing B.Com. Both LL.B. And M.Com are full-time courses that require a significant amount of time and effort. It would be very difficult to complete both courses simultaneously. If you are interested in pursuing both LL.B. And M.Com you can do so one after the other. FMS rolls out interview offers through CAT scores alone.
