Computer field is very crowded where the supply of resources is from various sources such as B.Tech CS/IT, BCA, MCA, M.Tech CS/ IT, B.Sc CS/ IT, M.Sc CS/ IT and engineering graduates from any branch. Therefore, Diploma holders in CS struggle to get good jobs. You are advised to do a degree in CS for a reasonable career in IT industry.

Hi,
There is no difference as both means the same. Right after the independence of India, we had two types of universities, one that offers degrees in many fields like science, Arts, education and engineering and the second set of universities (were named as institutes) offer only degrees in engineering. Universities those offer other degrees along with engineering named their engineering degree as BE (Bachelor of Engineering) and institutes constituted for only engineering studies named their degree as B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology).

Yes, there is nothing to worry about pursuing a commerce related degree course after completing 11th & 12th with arts background. You will obviously feel uneasy in the beginning but I would suggest you to never look back. This way, you will start liking commerce the way you start liking arts after 10th.

You don't need to study abroad just because you want to study international relations. You should better pursue it here from a good university or institute where you can read it at a less fee with good quality education. Even after studying in India, there are many students that are placed abroad.
