No matter how hard you tried to gain that much percentage in your class 12th, what matters is how much intellectual knowledge that you have in yourself. For government jobs, start preparing for entrance exams. There are many SBI PO Civil services, RRB, RBI, SSC CGL etc. Fill entrance application forms and start giving exams. Different exams have different difficulty level and scope. Read about each and apply accordingly.
Or,
You also can do vendor certifications. If you are interested in Java, then give OCPJP exam. If you are interested in SQL then do Oracle SQL or Microsoft SQL certification. Likewise, if you are interested in hardware and networking then CCNA. And then do job in IT Sector.

Furthermore, there are toll free numbers available for several universities, you may please call on the same to find out which university has what what criteria for admission.

Hello Nandini.I think you will have to clear entrance exam for the same. It does not matter if you are from Uttarakhand or not. The University takes admission on the basis of entrance exam only. From where do you belong in Uttarakhand. I am from Khatima.
