Hi Kavita,
IAS is a services offered by the Government of India and to get this position, you will require to qualify the IAS exam that is conducted by the UPSC. The exam consist of two phases - CSAT (preliminary/ objective type exam) and Main (Descriptive/ essay based).
The forms for the UPSC 2011 are already out and if I remember correctly the last date for application was yesterday i.e. 21st March.
Although applying for the UPSC this year may not be possible but then you may start preparing for the same and appear in the next year.

You can either opt for CS which will give hold on corporate laws and help you get into corporate industry. CPA can also be another good option but keep in mind that you should do it from an authentic Institute as CPA is US certification and institutes providing CPA training are not easily available.
