Hi Cliffy, yes the college percentage is taken very much into consideration. In addition to this you may also need to appear for GRE and score well in it. you will also need to appear for IELTS or TOEFL to prove your proficiency in English unless you want to go for courses taught in German. A little knowledge of German will be helpful for you to interact with fellow German classmates and to find jobs. So in my opinion you can go for some basic classes if you would like.
The application process in Germany takes about 9 months and the courses begin in September/October and MArch/April. So you need to plan according.

Hi Rahulgh29, firstly congratulations on getting both of these offers, both are very tough courses and you've done really well to get admissions. Secondly, both univeristies have excellent reputations however we have very different focuses. Ours is much more vocational, with the emphasis on making you as employement ready as possible from the start of your studies.
