Hi Tanbir,
Whether it is good or not is a secondary thing firstly you need to see whether it is possible or not. Although, you can continue your education through correspondence but again getting into regular college in the third year is questionable. As far as my knowledge goes no University would allow such a thing, however, you can try with GNDU.
