You have been rightly guided by MSK70515 . All that I would like to add is education in Germany is government funded and there is a possibility that you might get a scholarship for your study (not for management courses).
One such organization that you can approach is DAAD. DAAD is officially authorized to give information on education in Germany and have offices in major cities in India.
Also as a friend I would suggest you to go for a German language course thought it is not required in order to study but it will help you in getting part time employment. A student in Germany is allowed to work 90 full days or 180 half days.

Well the fee structure varies for all the institutes. 1.Top opt for Job.
2.To opt for further studies. (M.com or MBA)
After going through your profile, I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be,you will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in your graduation field than you can pursue masters in same or related field, where as if you are interested in management you can opt to pursue MBA.
