Hi Kanishk, Psychiatry, an important branch of the medical profession deals with mental, emotional and behavioral disorders in a person.
To become a psychiatrist, one must pursue MBBS. To sit for MBBS exam, a candidate must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology in plus two as your combination subject.
After completing MBBS you need to pursue M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) degree. One could also do a Diploma in Psychiatric medicine (DPM) from a recognised educational institute to become a qualified psychiatrist.
Doctors who have successfully completed the entire MBBS programme are eligible for specialisation in psychiatry. They may either do a postgraduate course (M.D.- Doctor of Medicine) in psychiatry or a Diploma in psychiatric medicine (DPM).
Besides MD and DPM, The National Board of Examinations conducts a programme called Diploma of National Board Exam (DNB). The DNB is considered to be equivalent to a MD degree.
But, if you are keen interested to make a career in clinical field, you may become a Psychologist. For that you need to pursue graduation and post graduation in Psychology. Then, you may further opt for M.Phil and PhD in the field.
Psychology offers a wide range of job opportunities in :

In the government sector, remuneration is fixed for various scales and the initial level is approximately in the range of Rs 3,000 to Rs 5,000 per month plus allowances. Private practitioners can earn a lot of money.

Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.

Hi Swapnila, Medical Transcription is one of the fastest growing fields in health care.
Medical Transcription does not require specialised IT skills but it requires primary skills like good listening and language skills and knowledge of medical terms.
However, an ideal qualification for a medical transcriptionist is Graduation with English comprehension skill and undergoing a training course in MT is an added advantage.
It is a lucrative career with lot of benefits. At entry level medical transcriptionist is paid around Rs. 5000/- per month, which can exceed to Rs. 20000/- per month with two years, depending on their capabilities. There are also additional perks and performance incentives.

You have been rightly guided by MSK70515 . All that I would like to add is education in Germany is government funded and there is a possibility that you might get a scholarship for your study (not for management courses).
One such organization that you can approach is DAAD. DAAD is officially authorized to give information on education in Germany and have offices in major cities in India.
Also as a friend I would suggest you to go for a German language course thought it is not required in order to study but it will help you in getting part time employment. A student in Germany is allowed to work 90 full days or 180 half days.

Well the fee structure varies for all the institutes. Each one is bound to follow the norms set by the governing body like AICTE, UGC, etc. And all the Universities select candidates based on their performance in different aptitude rounds that are conducted under the guidelines of the selection procedure.

University of Columbia :
Verbal-600+
Quantitative-780+
University of Harvard:

Criteria keeps on changing. So, please check for the latest.I'd suggest you to get at least 600 in verbal and 780 in quant to get into a good university. And according to me instead of IELTS, you'll need to have TOEFL score. Check the concerned university's website for more information on what they accept IELTS or TOEFL.
The things that you'll have to take care of would be:
your citizenship status
funding(sources and authenticity proof)
your college GPA
your research experience(certificate if possible)
geographical location preferences
whether you want to go into a research institute or a full university
GRE and TOEFL scores

After completing B.com, you have 2 options.
1.Top opt for Job.
2.To opt for further studies. (M.com or MBA)
After going through your profile, I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be,you will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in your graduation field than you can pursue masters in same or related field, where as if you are interested in management you can opt to pursue MBA.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
