Hi,
As you are in 11th, it would be advisable for you to complete your 12th first, and then pursue undergraduate degree and once your graduation is completed you can pursue MBA from universities in UK.
It would not be possible for you to pursue MBA after 12th, in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
