The average salary depends on what kind of a company you take up! so it can range from anywhere between 20 to 30 thousand for a fresher. (It doesn't matter if the institution is prestigious since companies donot pay freshers well), but yes if you have relevant work experience and can make good contacts then you can get a bigger and better package. can't give a range in that case.

Ricky, at a young age the best jobs to pursue would be based on some skill that you acquire. Design is a field that is age old and has been evolving every year like science. Sometimes student Artists are too much enamoured by Fine Arts preventing them to look objectively at Design. They must read this http://bit.ly/SXc9GD. Similarly in Design the cutting edge areas are UID/ UXD, 3D Printing, Immersive Technology, Augmented Reality, 3D Projection etc, besides of

Kiran, i would like to know the reason you have for pursuing a masters and the reason for choosing the field. If you're not sure about this, then go and acquire a skill so that you can get a job. I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do no
