As per my knowledge yes, KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology does have a fee refund policy. As I have heard about their policy, if a student withdraws their admission before approval maybe or may not be able to get the full amount After approval - The approval fee and tuition fee for the number of days you have attended the classes will be deducted.

To ge a direct admission, you must complete your 12th grade from a recognised board with Physics, Maths, and Chemistry. General candidates require a minimum of 45% overall, while for SC/ST candidates, the requirement is 40%. I would recommend that if you are good at these subjects then only you should go for B.Tech as it will ultimetely effect your final placement.
