Hi,
All the institutes are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option.
However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute among the three.
You can consider the below parameters

2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement

Hi Navin
MBA is a Degree and PHDM is a Diploma. MBA can be offered by University only as they are approved by UGC. PGDM is the Diploma that can be awarded by AICTE college or any autonomous institute also.
As far as correspondence course is concerned, both can be awarded in Distance mode too but AICTE wont be applied in Distance. So the certificate one receives is the Autonomous certificate.
