There are not many good institutes which offer admission on the basis of board merit, a few which are pretty reputed and fill few seats through board merit counselling are:
University of Technology & Management, Shillong
University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun
Coimbatore Institute of Technology
Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT)
Nirma Institute of Technology, Ahmedabad
SRM University, Chennai
But I would suggest you to sit for entrances like BITSAT, UPESEAT, SET etc as admission though board merit is quite difficult in good institute. You can check further details on official websites of these institutes. Good luc
