I am not sure about the cut off marks, but I can suggest u only one college in Mumbai for the course and that is
* Indian Institute of Technology, Powai, Mumbai

Hi Amarjeet, culinary being a course requiring complete hands on experience and a professional courses there may not be a masters offered. you could at the max look for a graduate diploma or a post graduate diploma. the best one in Nz for the same is PIHMS which offers only such courses.
