Hi Amarjeet, culinary being a course requiring complete hands on experience and a professional courses there may not be a masters offered. you could at the max look for a graduate diploma or a post graduate diploma. the best one in Nz for the same is PIHMS which offers only such courses.
The course will require you to have some prior experience in cooking and would cost you approximately 10 lacs per annum including living expenses.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers, CV, A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS an be submitted later on if not already written.
