If you are appearing for NET this June and are confident of clearing it in one go, then you should not worry about universities at all. Depending up on the topic you choose you are entitled to admission in the university of your choice. Since you are limiting yourself to Delhi, you can go for DU itself.

Snap coaching is not given separately by any institute. And also SNAP exam is also very much on the same line of CAT except General Knowledge (G.K). If u r preparing for CAT(TIME, CL), then u don't need to do any separate prep for SNAP but to be update of all the currenet affairs going on in the country. Also there are various websites like tcyonline.com where a lot of sample paers for GK is there from where u can start doing preparation. Also read as much magazines as possible to remain updates and INDIA Today where they will give u sample papers based on previous yr papers. Happy Suddying!!!!

With so many restrictions and parameters it would be difficult to find Institutes providing part time diploma in Mechanical Engineering. However, you can try with Rewa Engineering College, Government Engineering College, Rewa, etc.
