I don't think that there are any Institutes exempting you from papers in lieu of passing CA PCC, this possibility probably is there if you are planning to do CWA or CS.

Hi you can go for post graduation diploma in hotel management. INLEAD is an institute in gurgaon which provides this course. During 1 year course period you will go through six months of classroom training and guaranteed six months of intern-ship and final placements in USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East and South East Asia. Following are the details on how to be a Military Engineer in India:-
1. Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 40 years for general, 45 for SC/ST and 43 for OBC.
