However, I would also add here that the most important thing which should keep in mind while choosing your career stream is your own interests and career aspirations, so depending on the area of your interest choose the course.

To appear in NET more important would be your Masters degree, so if your LLM is through a UGC recognized University and is full time and you meet the score requirement then in that case you can apply for NET.

First of all I would like to tell you that you have posted your question in a wrong domain you should repost your question in foreign domain.
