My learned friends have given you some very good advise on getting into banking sector. I would like to add that you must complete 10+2 before joining a Diploma in Banking & Finance or an equivalent program.
You should also make it a point to pursue graduation simultaneously through regular or correspondence college. You will only get entry level or clerical profiles after your Diploma.
