Dear Syed, selection of college totally depends upon you. You must be very alert while selecting a good college for you. Like you must go through the recognition, infrastructure, academics, rankings, placements, accommodation etc of the college or university you are selecting. Also you must go through its fee structure, whether it is affordable or not. Being an ex student of GLA University, I would suggest you to do your BTech from there. GLA is a very renowned university and comes under the category of best private university in the country. Institute of Engineering and Technology is one of the prominent department of the university, with 100% academics and placement records.

I shall suggest you if you can put your daughter according to her personal interest. Being as Corporate manager, I shall suggest to choose either Finance or human Resource. Bye the way, what I am seeing in corporate world is: now a days, finance is doing better than HR. If your daughter has interest in Maths & finance then she could n number of employment opportunities with finance in the market . She can excel in Finance department after pursuing 5 yrs Integrated course or BBA and then MBA in Finance. Students of MBA after doing BBA in Finance can work as a finance manager, finance head & budget analyst.
It is the responsibility of finance manager to make sure that organisation act on the basis of preset budget. Finance manager is One-point contact for the investors on a regular basis because they are the one that provides funds to business entities. On different role, your daughter may be asked to assesses risks and benefits involved in projects like market economics, work in banks and financial institutions, accountancy firms etc.
The more interesting job responsibility would be Compiling financial information, Assessing feasibility of projects, Cost management, Raising funds for projects, preparing budget and analysing legal and financial aspects of new investments.
Though, neither HR nor Finance people are idle for long time without opportunities. So select specialisation only on the basis of your daughter's interest.
