Going by your percentile and score, I think you can probably expect a call. Also as you belong to the OMS category you may have a better chance. The scores of OMS category was a bit lower than the general scores, last year.
But all said, your chances also depend on the scores of all the applications of candidates that have applied to the college. If the scores of students applying to the college is high your chances may be tough.

You have other options too. You can try in private universities like LPU, SMU, Manavrachna etc where you can get admission on the basis of your marks in 12th too.
