Dear Bhupender if you want to do simple B.Sc then you can get admission in many colleges few of them can be govt.ones too even if they are not of repute.
But I would suggest that you go for specialized B.Sc like B.Sc in IT, Nanotechnology, CSE, Biotechnology, Graphic Design, Food Technology, Agriculture, Hotel Management, Film and TV production, Hospitality, Airlines, tourism and hospitality and so on.
Almost all the reputed private universities like Chitkara, Lovely Professional University, Mullana University, etc are offering most of these courses so, you can check their websites for more details regarding courses and fee etc.
Good luc

You want check about the colleges campus Review
Choosing an engineering college depends on few factors. First it should be AICTE approved, UGC approved, MHRD approved. Secondly, you should talk to the old passed out students and check about faculty, placements, study materials, projects etc. Third, is the fees part. There are many colleges that are government aided and many colleges which are unaided private colleges. In the first type less fees is charged. In the second category fees can be higher if the institute is autonomous also. Have you appeared for any engineering entrance exam like AIEEE, CET, IIT, etc. ?
