No, it's not compulsory. But you need to appear for entrance exams like SET, IPM, NPAT, etc and score well to be eligible of taking admission into reputed B-schools like Symbiosis Pune, IIM Indore, NMIMS Mumbai, etc, for their integrated 5-years MBA programme(BBA + MBA).
For pursuing the normal MBA programme (2 years Full Time), yes you need to be a graduate in any stream with minimum 50% marks.

Yes, you are eligible for the BCA, as in BCA you only have to develop computer applications that only needs coding. You can apply in the DU and can see the previous year cut off from that you can get the clear idea of which are those colleges that you can get.

If you are interested in further studies, NIT Durgapur is a better option as it provides better quality of education at a comparatively much reasonable fees compared to KIIT. So, you can easily pursue higher studies without spending too much. However, if you are interested in job placements after completion of engineering, you should opt for KIIT University, Bhubaneshwar as it provides better placement opportunities.
