Hi Badal,
There is not much of a difference in B.com and B.Com Hons.
B.Com hons require you to have maths as a compulsory subject, unlike B.Com pass.
The other difference lies in having a specialization of a commerce subject in B.Com Hons.
On the other hand, B.Com (Professional) is a high profile undergraduate program aimed to create enhanced competence of career positioning tied up with opportunity to become a global accounting and management professional.
These are the short term courses that you can pursue after B.Com/ B.Com(Hons):
-Cost Accounting Diploma
-Diploma in E-Commerce
-Diploma in Banking
-Diploma in Financial Management.
-PG Diplom

This depends upon the cutoff which varies from year to year. You just check the cutoff and merit list of different universities.
Outside UP too you can use your UPTU rank to get admission in a branch of your choice. Check with some good private universities.
Good luck.
