Hi Sabi,
There are 2 options-
1. You can do a 1 year Bachelor of Nursing for registered Nurses from UCOL. This is a 1 year course, and costs NZ$17065/-.
But to work as a nurse in NZ you will need to apply for registration with the nursing council of NZ. To obtain NZ registration as a nurse, you will need to undertake what is known as a Competency Assessment Programme (CAP) through a nursing school. (this can be done at UCOL).2. No, they will release a list of cut-off percentage. If your class 12th percentage is above the cut-off, you can go for counselling. However, getting more than the cut-off percentage does not secure a seat. It depends on number of students going to the counselling and number of seats available.

I don't think you will get admission in Amity University as they look for students who have a higher percentage of at least 60% or above, but you can surely contact them personally because they may have some opportunities open for you.

PICT is good for CS and IT. So if you are getting PICT CS or IT, do opt for it without hesitation.
Fees for sc category is much less as compared to open category. Check the college website for exact figures.

It totally depends on your choice, because we can't compare two branches. If you desire for CSE, go for IIIT, or else go for NIT -Hamirpur. Choose wisely. If you are asking for infrastructures, then NIT Hamirpur is well established and IIIT is running inside NIT-Jamshedpur.
