The eligibility for the UPSC civil services exam is:
A degree of any of the universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be a Deemed University under the UGC Act, 1956, or an equivalent qualification.

50% is the safe line as many core finance job profile demands 55 or 60% and some domain marketing FMCG or market research firm demands 50 percent. It is the bitter truth that you can't have the best colleges or even the good colleges as the entrance test criteria is 50%.
But you can have a better future. Achieve 3 or 4 years of job experience and join the executive MBA from top colleges. But do not try to get colleges through management quota as you can't get a good college this way.

Anand It all depends upon your interest. You can choose any 1 among BBA or BCA. You must make sure that it is of your interest. You will be good in the field only if it is of your interest.
