Let's not compare the two; both universities are good in their place. But as a student of LPU I would like to say that LPU is the best because in India LPU is one of the best private universities. Its location, ranking, education, infrastructure and diversity make this university unique. Ranking: - LPU is in the top 100 among all private and public universities. In this Rakas year, I was most shocked by the distressing ranking of world universities among all public and private universities. Internship:- 90-95 out of 100 students are placed in a wonderful professional university. Especially in B.Tech the highest salary package was 64 Lacs per annum. In administration it was 21 Lac per annum. So I think it's a great package compared to other universities. Infrastructure:- The university has green spaces in so many campuses in various departments, classroom with AC, Google lab, IMAC lab, court, fine arts lab, agricultural land, space center, playgrounds and both girls and boys hostel. Education: - The professors are well educated, most of them have Ph.D. M.A. Or M.A. In a separate topic. Congratulations.

There is no degree that you can finish in two years and be a graduate. Don't go for anything like this, as all such degrees are not legitimate and you could have to pay heavy price for your career. Better option for you is to pick up a 3 years degree course of your choice and get a graduation degree. Being a science student, you can go for various B.Sc like Physics, Chemistry, Maths etc. Other than these you have specialized ones like Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Forensic, Agriculture, Food technology, Computer Science, etc. Apart from these you have honours courses too. You can also go for paramedical courses like Pharmacy, Ayurveda, etc.
Other than science stream, you can have a career in Journalism, Film and TV production, Management, Hotel Management, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Physical Education, Yoga, etc too.
There are many reputed universities like Lovely Professional University, Chitkara University, Chandigarh University, Rayat Bhara University, etc are offering a wide variety of courses to choose from.
