Class 10th and 12th marks don't make a big difference to your resume. In the GD round, it is very important for you to be confident and put forward your point clearly. As far as the personal interview round is concerned, just be yourself and prepare well for technical and HR questions.

Hi Vikas,
Finance, business administration, accounting or economics are the preferred fields for a career in the banking domain. Math skills in addition to strong oral business skills also play an important role in being a good professional banker.
While an MA in Economics will equip you with the technical skills, also consider the possibility of an MBA degree as it will take you a long way.
All the best!

A common misconception is B.Tech (engineering) is better than B.Sc (pure science), while a few confident students stick to B.Sc as their career goals are clear.
Some feel B.Tech is tough and they won't be able to perform up to the expected level, while others feel B.Sc is way too easy.
To remove this confusion and misconceptions, we look a the different aspects, scope, difficulty level, career prospects etc., involved in these two courses and may help you in choosing either B.Sc or B.Tech years of study

Hi Mohit,
Both are exactly in the same league. It's just that YMCA-Faridabad is exceptionally famous for mechanical engineering. Still, I don't see any big difference between the two. Almost similar (if not same) companies visit both YMCA and Murthal. Placement data may vary from year to year. And either of the colleges may have a minor lead over the other.
