It will depend on the programme specific entry requirements and the subjects you pursued. What you are planning to study must be relevant to your education background. Canadian colleges are very strict. Also, every college has different entry requirements.

Quite seriously, if you don't know what to do next take out some time and figure out what you want to do. Let me ask you what you mean by 'good job'. What kind of 'job' do you prefer? The answer itself is what you are looking for. Weigh in your likes and dislikes, figure out your interests, which subjects are you confident in, there must be specific subject or area you are good at. It is advisable you speak with your school counselors and understand your areas of strengths and weakness. No, you can't get admission on the basis of UPSEE scorecard. You have to take admission on the basis of JEE Mains scorecard. HBTU is no longer apart of UPTU since 2017.

Sorry to say you can't get admission through JoSAA counseling but as you are an OBC, then you must score more than 100 in JEE Mains to get admission through JoSSA counceling.
