The bank loan process is similar / almost same for all study abroad destinations. First the university and program need to be recognized. The bank will process your loan, after you get your admission letter. Usually the loan will cover 75-85% of your total expenditure - fees, living expenses and related expenses.
Rest of the loan process depends on the loan amount applied for. Mostly, all banks require IT returns, pay slips if sponsor is salaried otherwise balance sheet and p&l account for the Business. Along with this, depending on the loan amount a security and guarantor is also required.

I can say that you can work as guide or counselor or clinical psychologist or become a lecturer after qualifying NET or SLET or can be a research fellow like JRF/SRF. The salary is dependent on company type and your caliber.Regards/

LLB can be studied regular only and if some LLB that you can find under distance mode of education you will not be able to practise with that because that is not allowed. Distance LLB is good for you as you can be a legal advisor under technical division of your company. Moreover you can have BGL BAL like programs those are equivalent to LLB under distance mode and that will not affect the job of yours. You can not practise with these programs.Regards/
