Yes after MCA u can do M-tech, but many of the Engineering college or University require 10+2 in Science stream ( Phy+chem+math ). So if u have studied in science stream then u are completely eligible, but if not then please check the eligibity criteria of u r desire college. Best of luck.

You can do B.Tech in Physics offered by the IIT's in IIT madras,IIT Mumbai, IIT guwahati so that after completing your B.Tech.Then take the GRE exam along with TOEFL so that you can get admission in Astrophysics in top universities according to your scores
