Still you have time. Not much of it is lost. Probe your interests, speak to your elders at home and the Teachers who know you better & who have taught you. If your interest lies elsewhere then make the change. If the reason of failing is something else which you can cover up then go ahead wuth engineering. But in all probability, I think change would be better for you.

My answer is "Yes". But only if you are already working and just need a degree to rise in career or if you possess a very high degree of employability skills. People do not get good jobs because of their MBA or any other degree but because of their employability skills. That is why millions with degrees and high marks are unemployed or underemployed. Degree anybody can earn but all do not have employability skills. Work on employability skills as degree you will earn, anyway.
