BCCA grduates can expect to get entry level jobs in Technical Support or Non-Technical support in IT services or BPO companies depending on your interest and capabilities. In case you are strong in Accounting then you may be able to work as an antry level accounting person although your main competition will come from B.Com. graduates. In addition there are high growth jobs in critical business functions such as sales & marketing in service industries open for all graduates after suitable training. Best chances for fresh graduates are via campus placement. Most of the campus placement involves Aptitude Test and Personal Interview. Its necessary to clear Aptitude test as it is used as a method to shortlist candidates for Personal Interview. Personal interview involves answering basic as well as subject specific questions depending on the nature of the job.
