Hello Darshan,
Having a high CGPA is very important, as your past academic scores (10th, 12th and graduation) are given significant weightage by almost all the top B-schools. Having scored good marks is considered as an indicator that a particular candidate is not only intelligent, but also would survive the challenging MBA study curriculum too. So try to secure a good CGPA, preferably 8 and above out of 10.

Hello Raunak,
Well as per your board marks, you are not eligible for getting admission in IITs and NITs. So, drop a year and start preparing for both JEE Mains and boards and target more than 75% in boards and more than 150 marks in JEE Mains to get any good colleges.
