No, hostel isn't mandatory but if you are not from Karnataka I'd suggest you to stay in the hostel for a year, make a solid group of friends and then shift out the next year.

Hi Satakshi,
Yes, as per the faculty and placements. Yes, it is better. However, how each student moulds the opportunities in his favor is a subjective one. You'll find successful lawyers from the smallest colleges too. So choose wisely.

If your score is more than 150. You will get a rank under 400. However, in 2017, the closing rank for OBC category was 2100 and for ST and SC, it was 4000-4100. But everyone must try to secure a rank under 400 to surely get admission.

Hello Shraddha,
Dancing is actually quite a serious topic/subject for study. There are many intricacies that a student learns while doing graduation. These are the essential building blocks to know before one can embark on post-graduation. In view of this, I am afraid that you will not be able to get admission for MA in dance if you do not have graduation in dance.

First, look out for your interest area -finance /HR/MARKETING /OPERATIONS. Your graduation background has no relationship with your masters. So, it is better to know which subject area you like the most and then everything else will fall into place.
